My stay at Le Passage Cairo Hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw from the airport, making it perfect for my transit. I appreciated the warm welcome and friendly staff. However, there were a few aspects that fell short, particularly with the dining options and room amenities.

The room was clean and comfortable, featuring fresh fruit and local sweets upon arrival. though I did notice that some amenities like slippers were missing. The air conditioning needed some work as it kept shutting off intermittently.

The staff really stood out during my stay. They were mostly friendly and accommodating, with special mention to Martina at the front desk, who made my first time in Cairo very enjoyable. However, there were some instances where staff didn’t seem too eager to help.

My stay at Le Passage Cairo Hotel & Casino had its ups and downs. The location is superb, right near the airport, which makes for a quick and easy transition. However, I found the rooms a bit dated, and the service, while friendly at times, often left much to be desired. especially during breakfast where I had to constantly ask for items. Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay, but I wouldn’t rate it as a true five-star experience.

I had an overall pleasant experience at Le Passage Cairo Hotel & Casino. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially Martina at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, and there were issues with the air conditioning. The location was perfect for my needs, being very close to the airport. 🍽️✈️
